Thank you Sarah. It was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for fitting us in so quickly. I don't think we are surprised with the diagnosis as it has been our working assumption for a while, but this formal diagnosis will certainly help!

Sarah offers a really caring approach. I loved the video she sent the day before to welcome herself and put my daughter at ease. She and my daughter sent messages back and forth so she wasn't a stranger on the day! All in all, I am so glad I found Sarah. It's a stressful world out there!

Sarah is like a breathe of fresh air for people with learning needs and becomes a friend and a support. May she continue to do what she obviously loves. Thank you Sarah, we need more people like you out there!

The report  reinforces exactly what you said, considering this diagnosis she has done wonderfully well to get to where she is today.  I'm so proud of all the lovely things you've said about her - how she has her own strategies in place that she's using, how she tries her hardest and is always wanting to do her best.  The piece about giving her time to process really stands out to me.

The whole process has been so eye-opening and has really helped us on our journey. We are now going through the EHCP route and thank you for all the extra support you have given us. Your signposting has now meant that we also have a diagnosis of Auditory processing Disorder too.

We just had a lovely Starbucks as a reward! Thank you so much for your time this morning, I really didn’t know what to expect but was so impressed with how you talked it all through with her, and so appreciated your communication up to and including today. A walked with the dogs with me and then zonked out!

So glad that you were able to look into her difficulties and we understand with her being in KS1, you couldn't diagnose yet. It was still great to have our suspicions confirmed and we will be back after her 7th birthday!
