The assessment process
- Prior to assessment, detailed background information is gathered through questionnaires and discussion. This information is essential to the assessment process.
- Assessments take place at an agreed venue.
- For children and young people, a parent, carer or member of staff must remain onsite or nearby for the duration of the assessment.
- Where assessments take place at Sarah’s Coventry base, parking is available on a private driveway and toilet facilities are accessible.
- In some cases, additional follow-up testing may be required. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
- Unless otherwise agreed, written reports are provided within 2–3 working days of the assessment.
- A follow-up discussion to explain the report is included at no extra cost.
- Additional consultancy, training or follow-up support may be provided by separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
- Appointment times must be adhered to. Late arrival may result in reduced assessment time, with the full fee still payable.
Reports and test materials
Clients are entitled to receive a full written assessment report.
Standardised test materials (including test papers and scoring protocols) are protected by copyright and confidentiality agreements with test publishers and cannot be shared, copied or released, including under data access requests.
