- A full diagnostic assessment will build a picture of your strengths and difficulties and whether you have Dyslexia.
- If this is something that you have always wondered and you have decided to take the step towards finding out whether you have Dyslexia, please contact Sarah to share your story.
- The assessment will take approximately 2-3 hours and is completed at Sarah's home.
- Weekday and weekend appointments are available. Go to the ‘Dyslexia Assessment’ page for more information.
- Feedback from Sarah with a full report of results, diagnosis (if one can be given), recommendations and advice to make your difficulties more manageable.
- Exam access arrangements and/or employer support can also be included.
- If visual stress and discomfort is a cause for concern due to any headaches or glare and discomfort when reading, a coloured overlay test can be added on to a Dyslexia Assessment for a further £50.
Under 16, Full Diagnostic Assessment £425 to £475

- A full diagnostic assessment will show strengths and difficulties and whether your child has Dyslexia. A recent eye test (last 12 months) is recommended.
· Contact Sarah at Dyslexia Coventry to discuss your child’s needs and complete background information from home and school.
· The assessment can take 2-3 hours and can be completed over one or two sessions. The assessment can be completed at Sarah’s home (£425) or in your child’s school (£475) if they give permission. Weekday, weekend, and holiday appointments are available. Go to the ‘Dyslexia Assessment’ page for more information.
· Feedback from Sarah with a full report of results, diagnosis (if one can be given), recommendations and any suitable exam access arrangements. The report will show how your child can become more independent learners and take ownership of their success.
If visual stress is a cause for concern due to your child reporting headaches or discomfort when reading, a coloured overlay test can be added on to a Dyslexia Assessment for a further £50.
Dyslexia Update Assessment £220 to £250

This is an update assessment, suitable for people who have had a previous assessment and would like an update. A recent eye test (within the last 12 months) is recommended.
· Contact Sarah at Dyslexia Coventry to discuss your child’s previous assessment and the support your child has received at home and school so she can complete updated background information.
· The assessment can take up to 2 hours and is completed through a series of tests and quizzes. The assessment can be completed at Sarah’s home (£220) or in your child’s school (£250) if they give permission. Weekday, weekend, and holiday appointments are available.
· Feedback from Sarah with updated results, recommendations and exam access arrangements to support your child at home and in school.

Literacy Difficulties in KS1 Assessment £130 to £150

This is a shorter assessment for a child up to the age of 8 and, although it is not a diagnostic assessment, it will highlight difficulties and weaknesses in areas of learning associated with Dyslexia and recommendations can be suggested to support your child at home and in school. A recent eye test (within the last 12 months) is recommended.
· Contact Sarah at Dyslexia Coventry to discuss your child’s strengths and difficulties so that she can complete background information from home (and school) if possible.
· Activities during this assessment take 1-2 hours. The assessment can be completed at Sarah’s home (£130) or in your child’s school (£150) if they give permission. Weekday, weekend, and holiday appointments are available.
· Feedback from Sarah with results and recommendations to support your child at home and at school. Advice and signposting to suggest possible next steps of support can also be discussed.
